Cancellation, Late & No Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled.
However, to respect our therapists’ time and allow us to offer sessions to other clients, we require the following:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $125 late cancellation fee.

Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will result in a canceled session and the $125 fee will apply.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged the full $125 fee.
Please note: This fee cannot be billed to insurance and is the client’s sole responsibility.
