Our Services
At RDC Liberation, we offer a variety of therapeutic services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. Please read below to learn more about the different types of therapy we provide and how each can support your journey toward healing and growth.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with the support of a licensed therapist. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity, develop coping skills, and build a healthier relationship with yourself.

At RDC Liberation, we take a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other integrative methods to support your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, build resilience, and empower you to make meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone — we’re here to meet you where you are and walk with you toward healing and growth.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful — and sometimes most challenging — parts of our lives. Couples therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to work through conflict, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally.

At RDC Liberation, we work with couples at all stages — whether you're dating, married, living together, or navigating a separation. Using evidence-based approaches and a strengths-based lens, our therapists help partners identify unhelpful patterns, express needs more clearly, and develop healthy tools to manage stress and conflict.

We recognize that mental health plays a key role in relationships. Couples therapy can support both partners’ emotional well-being while fostering deeper understanding, empathy, and connection.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking to grow together, we’re here to meet you where you are — and help you move forward, together.

Family Therapy
Families are complex systems, and when one member is struggling, it can impact the entire family dynamic. Family therapy offers a supportive space for families to come together, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

At RDC Liberation, we help families navigate challenges such as behavioral concerns, mental health issues, life transitions, grief, trauma, and more. Our therapists take a collaborative, strengths-based approach — creating space for each family member’s voice to be heard while working toward shared understanding and healthier patterns.

Using evidence-based practices, we support families in building connection, setting boundaries, and developing tools to function more effectively as a unit. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or teen, family therapy can help improve emotional well-being for everyone involved.

We’re here to meet your family where you are and guide you toward lasting change, together.

Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a powerful space for connection, healing, and growth. In a guided setting with others facing similar challenges, clients have the opportunity to share experiences, learn new coping strategies, and build a sense of community and support.

At RDC Liberation, our group therapy sessions are led by licensed therapists who create a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. We offer groups focused on various topics such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, life transitions, and skill-building using approaches like CBT and DBT.

Group therapy can be a valuable complement to individual therapy or a meaningful stand-alone support. Participants often find strength in realizing they are not alone — and gain insight not only from their own work but from the shared experiences of others.

If you're looking to grow, connect, and heal in a supportive group setting, we welcome you to join us.
