Initial Consultation

Service Description

The initial consultation is a chance for your therapist to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. During this consultation, we’ll gather important background information, including your personal history, current challenges, and any previous experience with therapy. We’ll also explore what you’d like to get out of therapy and begin discussing your treatment goals. This session is designed to help build a foundation of trust and create a plan tailored to your needs. You're welcome to ask questions and share at your own pace — we're here to support you every step of the way.
